Pony head writer Meghan McCarthy tells EW that season 3 will focus on main pony Twilight Sparkle as she advances in her magical studies: “She’s been in Ponyville for awhile now, and so her journey is going a little bit further,” McCarthy says.  It’ll also feature “very catchy and very, very cute” new songs, “the usual pop culture references,” and the reemergence of a certain unnamed fan favorite villain — who McCarthy says will return “in a very, very awesome way.”

Nel clip non ho capito se i Crystal Ponies son stati via per 100 o 1000 anni

Se mille, è buffo che mentre Celestia esiliava Luna in orbita, Sombra decideva di "sparire misteriosamente" qualche tempo dopo.
Magari ha visto che fine ha fatto Nightmare Moon e se l'è svignata. Quindi potrebbe esser connesso? Magari ci sono altri pseudo malvagi che han fatto diventare Luna così, oppure è la stessa Nightmare Moon ad averli corrotti/assoldati

Mille anni, infatti i crystal dicono "a thousand years"...lo so, questa serie mi farà godere di brutto!!!

Direi che c'è un 50-50 in questo caso

Trixie si incastrerebbe con la frase proprio perché c'erano già indiscrezioni sul suo ritorno, ma anche quell'altro non sarebbe male dal momento che un suo ritorno sarebbe graditissimo dal 99% dei fan e si adatterebbe al "very, very awesome way" attraverso cui tornerà. Direi che non mi dispiacerebbe nessuno dei due, ma chiaramente propendo di più per il re del caos che non per la maghetta millantatrice
