Crystal Fair Convention, Helsinki, Finland

Hey everypony!

My name is Acleps, and I am a student who lives in Finland. Recently I've been working with a group of bronies on creating a new conventions that'll take place in Helsinki, Finland, between the 4th and the 6th of July, 2014. The convention is called Crystal Fair.

The reason I joined this forum was to establish connection with all of you Italian bronies, so that the news about the convention would spread to you as well! Since Italy is in Europe, you won't have to pay tons of money just for travelling to get to the convention. English will act as the primary language during the convention, and it won't have any age restrictions, thus everyone is warmly welcomed to the convention

That's really a great news. Although still so much time to July 2014, I hope your convention's gonna be a success. I guess that I won't be there for obvious reasons (so sorry), but I'll do keep to follow you and support your project. Enjoy you stay!

Yeah, that's the one, it's where most of the meetups and stuff like that are arranged here in Finland.

Thanks for dropping by, mate! Who knows, maybe in a 1 and a half year I can afford another trip to Finland!

'tis a shame we aren't talking about organizing legitimate brony conventions here in Italy as well (not yet, I mean); but I know it's not a piece of cake to have everything up and running (not a cheap feat either!), so I guess we'll have to wait some more time for Italian cons to be a thing.
